b939 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and b939 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing b939, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

b939 is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, fishing games, jackpot slots, poker, baccarat, and live cricket score services. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are intended for use by residents of Pakistan who meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.

b939 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are material, registered players will be notified via email or platform notification before the new terms take effect. Continued use of b939 after a change notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration

To use b939's real-money services, you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid payment method registered in your name.

• Each person may hold only one b939 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or in any other name — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your b939 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. b939 will never ask you for your password via chat, email, or phone.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact b939 support immediately at support@b939.ws or via live chat.
• Account registration is free. b939 does not charge any fee to open or maintain a player account.
• You must not register a b939 account if you have previously been self-excluded from b939 or had an account closed by b939 for rule violations.

3 Age Verification & KYC

b939 operates strictly as an 18+ platform. Players under the age of 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, or play under any circumstances. This is a non-negotiable condition of using b939.

b939 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible platform standards. KYC verification is required before processing your first withdrawal and may be requested at any other time at b939's discretion. You will be asked to provide:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the payment method used to deposit is registered in your name — for example, a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your name and phone number.
• Additional Documents: In some cases b939 may request additional verification documents. This is standard practice and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part.

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe after being requested will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete. b939 aims to process KYC submissions within 48 business hours of receiving complete documentation.

4 Deposits & Payments

b939 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. There is no foreign currency conversion, no USD pricing, and no hidden exchange rate fees. The minimum deposit at b939 is Rs 200.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay digital wallet
• SadaPay digital wallet
• Inter-Bank Funds Transfer (IBFT)
• Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards

Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your b939 account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. IBFT and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes in rare cases. If your deposit does not reflect after 30 minutes, contact b939 support with your transaction reference and we will resolve it promptly.

b939 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may charge their own transaction fee — check with your bank or mobile wallet provider if you are unsure. b939 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

5 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at b939 is Rs 500. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your own name — the same name under which your b939 account is registered. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Your first withdrawal from b939 will require KYC verification as described in Section 3. Once verification is complete, subsequent withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically processed within 10 minutes of the request being approved.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically processed within 30 minutes.
• IBFT: Processed within 2–6 hours depending on banking hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: Processed within 1–3 business days.

b939 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where account activity suggests unusual behaviour. These checks are designed to protect both players and the platform from fraudulent activity.

b939 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside b939's control and are the responsibility of the player.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

b939 runs various promotions for both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms which are stated clearly at the time the offer is presented. The general bonus principles below apply to all promotions at b939 unless an individual offer explicitly states otherwise.

• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet a specified wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each offer. For example, a 10× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must wager Rs 10,000 in qualifying games before the bonus converts to real money.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games and crash games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Each offer will specify the game contribution rates.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your account.
• Attempting to exploit bonus terms through collusion, arbitrage, or deliberately reversed transactions ("bonus abuse") will result in the bonus being forfeited and potentially in account suspension.
• b939 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer if it is found to have been misrepresented, exploited, or funded in error.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games on b939 — whether live dealer, RNG slots, crash games, fishing games, or any other format — are governed by their respective game rules which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet in any game on b939 you agree to be bound by that game's rules.

b939 sources its games exclusively from certified third-party providers. Live casino games come from providers whose dealing processes are independently audited. RNG-based games carry third-party certification confirming the randomness and fairness of outcomes. Crash games use provably fair cryptographic algorithms — the crash point is determined before betting opens and can be independently verified by any player after each round.

• Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection or server error — b939's system logs are the definitive record of the outcome. If a round cannot be completed due to a fault on b939's side, the stake will be returned to the player.
• b939 reserves the right to void bets where it can be demonstrated that a technical error resulted in incorrect odds, a malfunctioning game state, or winnings that do not reflect the true intended outcome of the game.
• The house edge for each game type is disclosed within the game information section. Players should review these figures before playing.

8 Player Conduct

b939 expects all players to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with b939 games, the platform, or other players.
• Colluding with other players in any game format, including poker and live table games.
• Exploiting known software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to b939 support.
• Using the b939 platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive communications directed at b939 staff or other players via any channel.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or any b939 back-end systems.
• Making chargebacks on deposits that have been validly spent in games — chargeback fraud is treated as theft and will result in account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

b939 monitors platform activity and uses automated and manual systems to detect conduct that violates these Terms. Players found to have breached this section may have their accounts suspended, winnings forfeited, and funds returned minus any fraudulent gains.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

b939 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent activity including but not limited to use of stolen payment methods, money laundering, or chargeback fraud.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that prevent b939 from continuing to offer services to the player.
• Player self-exclusion request through b939's responsible gaming tools.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 months without any login or transaction activity.

If an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, b939 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending a full investigation. Where a balance is determined to be legitimate, it will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after all applicable checks are complete.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting b939 support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

10 Responsible Gaming

b939 takes responsible gaming seriously. Online gaming should be a form of entertainment — if it stops being fun or starts affecting your daily life, finances, or relationships, it's time to seek help.

b939 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your b939 account.
• Loss limits: Limit how much you can lose in a defined period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which b939 will prompt you to take a break.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from b939. Self-exclusion is immediate and irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.

11 Liability & Disputes

b939 provides its services "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside b939's control may occasionally affect platform availability. b939 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance.

b939's liability to any player is limited to the amount of that player's deposit balance as held in their account at the time of the relevant event. b939 is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or opportunities arising from platform unavailability or technical errors that are outside b939's control.
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Loss or damage arising from a player's own device, software, or internet connection.

If you have a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or platform decision, you must contact b939 support within 30 days of the event in question. b939 will investigate and respond within 10 business days. All disputes are reviewed using b939's server logs, which constitute the authoritative record of all transactions and game outcomes.

12 Changes to These Terms

b939 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time as the platform evolves, as regulatory requirements change, or to improve clarity for Pakistani players. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Send an in-platform notification and/or email to all registered players at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in cases where immediate changes are required for security or legal compliance.
• Maintain an accessible version of these Terms on the b939 website at all times.

If you do not agree with changes to these Terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance before the new terms take effect. Continued use of b939 after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
